How To Create A Parent/Child Relationship In SharePoint 2013

A brief overview of the post:
If you’re stuck in a situation and need a a solution that requires a header with a lot of information this Out Of The Box solution will help, no need to use InfoPath or install any 3rd party plugin. Yes there are JavaScript files which you will have to upload, and most likely edit if you would like it to work perfect with the issue you’re trying to solve.

Basically, the blog post uses an Issue List (Header) and a Time List (Detail). One Issue can have many Times if you look at it like that.
